<p>To improve performance, we&#39;ve removed the ability to expand abbreviated permissions in the <a href="https://cloud.google.com/iam/docs/understanding-roles#predefined">predefined roles table</a>. You can still filter the predefined roles table based on the full list of permissions included in a role.</p>

<p><strong>Create an empty index with Vector Search</strong></p>

<p><strong>Vertex AI Search: Watch time duration objective for media recommendations apps</strong></p>

<p>When you create a media recommendations app, you can select watch duration per session as a business objective. Optimizing for watch duration per session maximizes the duration of media
consumption.</p>
